This is the view from where I work at OHSU. Not from my desk sadly, but just down the hall from me is an outdoor patio. That's the Willamette River, and on the right is Mt. Hood, though its hard to ake out in the picture. On a perfectly clear day the view is gorgeous! OHSU is up on a hill above downtown Portland, pretty nice.
